4/25/10 Just listed 2 new waterfront properties at Lake Becky. Lake Becky HOA Fees are $100 per year. No boat motor limit, but no jet skis. This is a 90 acre private lake, if you don't own land to the water, you are not allowed to use the lake. These properties are waterfront with over 200 feet each both have a western exposure, so you can enjoy the sunset views over the water.
