Siena Park at Grande Dunes is where everything you could ever want in a holiday home comes together with a comfortable, luxurious comfort while exuding Tuscan scale and magnificence!

Siena Park is where I would personally like to live here in Myrtle Beach. The homes are breathtakingly beautiful and exactly what you'd expect in a warm climate. They embrace the holiday atmosphere of our town and kick it up a notch by celebrating a style evocative of the Tuscan sun!

There are a total of 79 single family homes all situated around a rather London-ish small park, with a fun gazebo and beautiful ornamental trees!

Most of the homes here in Siena Park have 9 to 12 foot ceilings, crown moldings, 18 inch ceramic tiles, cast stone fireplaces and columns, granite counter tops etc...
All homes were built by Classic Home Building and Design, a leader in ICF home construction. ICF construction with concrete and rebar has a higher safety factor, energy efficiency, quietness and termite resistance. Classic Home Building and Design are the folks who have not only built many different houses in the Myrtle Beach area but also have participated in 'Extreme Home Makeover' on ABC not once but twice! These were the guys that set up a trust fund for the recipient of the home so that they would be able to pay the extra utility costs that come with a larger home.
Siena Park is just off 76th Avenue, comfortably nestled between 17 Business and 17 By-pass. It is close to the ocean - a mere 2 1/2 blocks away. However, there's no need to haul all chairs, towels and umbrellas to the shore. With these homes comes membership to The Ocean Club!
Membership to the Five Star resort lifestyle ocean front club house and restaurant is included in the HOA fees.
Other memberships get you access to the two championship golf courses and their award winning Tennis and Fitness Center. Have a boat? The Grande Dunes boasts the newest marina on the Grand Strand. Marina Village is a 149 slip Marina.
Siena Park is managed by Waccamaw Management. Their monthly dues are $197 a month, with that fee being split 3 ways equally between Grande Dunes, Siena Park and the Ocean Club. This means that residents don't have to hit a monthly minimum at the Ocean Club, nor is there an initiation fee.
See why I love Siena Park? You will too when you come see it. Naturally, I'd love to show ya!
