Waterford Plantation is located in the Carolina Forest area of Myrtle Beach, SC. It is a higher end community on Man-o-War golf course.

7029 WoodSong is an awesome 3bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom located right on the Golf course. This home feature high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and much more.

This home a few weeks ago was being offers at $299,900

However is has been reduced to $269,900 making it the cheapest golf course home in the community.
