Summary:

The real estate market in the North Charleston, SC is definitely a Buyer's Market, for every listing sold in the month of September there were approximately 3.3 new listings added bringing the total as of Nov. 2, 2009 to 925 listings. The overall number of listings on market dropped down by 1 listing.

The homes that are selling in North Charleston, SC are receiving 96% of the listing price, which means a lot of homes are still overpriced. The average price of new listings is approximately $14,000 less than the average sold price in October, it looks like sellers are very motivated to sell.

The real estate market in North Charleston, is still definitely a buyer's market. If you are trying to sell, you need to make the decision to short sale your home or not to sell or rent long term (i.e. if you are relocating). The real estate market locally and nationwide is still trying to find bottom. Based on the data, some price ranges and areas have found bottom for home prices and others still need to drop.

Oh yeah the time has come to open up a whole new box of worms. AyAyAy! Can you get ready for this? This is the second blog of the lucidity series, and I just wanted to touch on a couple of topics that I missed in the first blog. Well, I cant think of them just this second so let us dive into the concept of living a lucid lifestyle.

Lucid in this sense is saying that you are completely aware or filled with awareness. It is my thought that we can control this lucidity as we can control it in our dreams in our every day life. Do you grasp that? From my previous blog in the series, you should know that and be practicing lucid dreaming. If you are not completely there just yet, please do not worry just continue practicing this art and it will grow. Lucidity is not an overnight success and I believe it will take me quite some time to master. How many times have you felt really in the moment? When did you last feel you were in the perfect place at the perfect time in your life. I dont mean sitting at coffee at starbucks and they just got your favorite mochachino. I mean everything was filled with great energy, earth shattering perfection in your life. You couldnt be more satisfied let alone happier.

I have noticed in my life that I have felt this on more than a handful of occasions and am working to consistently stay in this delightfully fulfilling feeling. I am looking to stay in this happiness forever. I think that it is the other 90%. I have read books about a forthcoming awareness and it may be true as this is a step in the right direction. Maybe in a hundred years people will consider me a prophet. I know that I am much different than most of the people that I encounter.

Your life doesnt have to be mundane, it doesnt have to be meaningless. You can have all that you dream of. A great stepping stone is learning how to control your dreams. After that, we are able to control the manifestation. It isnt just about asking for something over and over again. There is a science to manifestation and I am researching and learning more and more everyday. I need to create a lucidity logbook so that I can track these experiences more in depth. You should do so as well and send me your research. Help me teach the world this new age philosophy and create a better less violent more successful happier world. People that are lucid enjoy their lives more and in turn would not need to terrorize countries.

People working to constantly better themselves emotionally, mentally, physically, spiritually, etc will definitely create a better environment for everyone else. It is as simple as taking a walk instead of eating junkfood. The junkfood manufacturer burns less fuel in creating one less bag of junk and you feel better about yourself. You may say thank you to someone and that brightens their day just enough to smile at work which helps the boss to realize that he is able to keep that one other employee and the greed of the board is not as important as a young child eating. That employee doesnt know it but you just saved his family from starving and embarrassment and that entire office survived a bomb threat or worse. Thanks for putting down that junk food and going for a walk. That walk helped you to notice the beauty right there in your back yard and makes it just a bit easier to sleep at night, helping you to become lucid for an extra couple of minutes. Amazing how it all works, right?

You know the old saying," Every journey begins with a single footstep." and we are at the beginning steps of our journey. Walk with me?

Religion!?!

Okay, here is a sticky topic. I may lose some readers over this topic and hope that you can keep an open mind. First of all, let me tell you that I believe in some type of higher power. Personally, I say in tuned with the Universe and the Universe is God. In this blog, the name God and Universe are interchangeable. I will never claim that I am going to heaven over a man who changes the name of God, whether it be to Universe, Buddha, Allah, or any other name. To me it is the understanding and belief in a higher power that matters. I apologize to you if that offends you but please try to realize that this is where my mind is at this time as I will appreciate where your mind is at this time and our levels of understanding our different. You will never be mad, if you can understand that people operate under their levels of understanding and you try to appreciate every circumstance and learn from everything. We are truly just student and teacher at all times. Nothing more and nothing less. Right now you are learning my understanding and when I read your comments you will be my teacher.

So I have been reading a great book about all the different religions. The book is called," God's Breath" and it touches base on about six books of religion. At this time, I have only read the book of Genesis and am currently reading the Tao te Ching. The book of Genesis is different. I am not saying that the book is any type of outrageous but I didnt really understand why certain events happened. I understood being mad at man and drowning everything so we needed the Arc. I understand that Eve was the cause, man was dumb and happy with doing what he is told. (Ha, Ha) I understand jealousy and Cain and Abel. I understand faith but did not understand circumsizing everybody or being willing to kill my child in faith of God or the Universe. I may be killed for this blog but I would die and spend an eternity in Hell before I would kill my child. Im sorry but that is how I feel. I feel that God as a gracious being would not ask someone to do that. I understand that it was just a test but I think he tests in other ways. What is up with the circumsizing? So is that the reason why we are all circumsized? Really, because King James may have misinterpreted something, we have all been circumsized? Why would God want us to do that? I mean no disrespect to the higher power. I have utmost respect for God or the Universe or whoever built it all.

In my mind, there has to be some higher power as even if you believe in the big bang theory something had to create the gases and the matter to blow up. There had to be a beginning. There has to be the Alpha. I feel bad for people that arent open minded enough to at least explore the possibility of there being a God or higher power. I know you are going to be mad at me for this one, but I also feel bad for the people who are not open minded enough to believe that their religion may not be the only correct answer. Religion also to me is not going to church. There are Pastors who are evil and bad people just like in every other part of the world. Some are worse because they use the church as their excuse. When I evicted my last tenant due to non-payment, she told me that it was because she was working at the church for free during the day. I told her to get another job and she told me that it would work out. Real christian lady that drove a Jaguar but refused to pay her bills. I had to get rid of her. To spite me, she drove her car through my yard, nearly missing my baby's room, poured bleach on the carpets, and destroyed the house. Just because you go to church doesnt mean you are a good person. I am glad for this experience as I have learned a lot about punishing myself and my family at the benefit of other people. That condo was brand new and she destroyed it. I will never hurt my family to help someone out again. I have learned a lot about myself, my values and my priorities since the birth of my baby Sophie.

Next in the book is the Tao te Ching. This book is an Eastern religion meaning the way or the spiritual way. Its a bit confusing but what I take from it are sayings like; if you have to ask, you will never know. To me that means many things; patience and the answers will come, you already know the answer, balance in everything, everything is correct in its own way, and so much more.

Well, that is what I have for now but expect more as I learn more.

Alright Ladies and Gentlemen, here is a blog topic that I have wanted to go into detail on for quite some time. Did I write before about the topic of lucid dreaming? Well, this blog is about the potential of lucid living and is the idea that I have and is why I am going to be a wealthy man. Why wealthy? Because this is the topic that you are going to be willing to pay a lot of money for. This is what Tony Robbins and Rhonda Byrne are both missing. I dont mean any disrespect as those are two of the people that I idolize. This is just my theory and what I believe I will be willing to spend my life researching and developing.

Lucid dreaming is coming awake in your dream. Being that you are dreaming you really can do anything. The movie "The Matrix" would be the best comparison to what you are able to do in your dreams. This awakening in your dreams helps you to beat challenges in your life by taking chances in your dreams and not having to face repurcussions. It allows you to have fantasies under your control, bond mentally with yourself, get to know yourself, figure out fears - pleasures, everything really. Obviously, in your dreams if you can think it you can do it.

This ability to awaken in your dreams and philosophy of how it will affect your life can be traced back since the beginning of time Im sure and in Eastern communities such as the dream yogis in Tibetan monasteries. Now, I am not 100% sure of where they are from but I do know that they are monks called the dream yogis. The ability is trained and I believe that the lucidity of your dream has a lot to do with lucidity in life. Let me talk a bit more about lucid dreaming and then I will get into our main topic lucid living. I have only had a few truly lucid dreams. In fact, I had the ability and through lack of rest I kind of lost it for a while and am working on getting it back now. To become lucid or wake up in your dream you need to constantly ask yourself if you are awake. All day long, say at least 20 times in the day ask yourself if you are awake. This trend will follow into your sleep until you finally say, wow Im not awake, I must be dreaming. If you are not sure, look at a digital number and try to change it with your mind or look away and look back to see if it has changed. This may help and you have to keep a dream journal by your bed. The average person has 5-6 dreams per night and tell yourself you are going to remember your dreams and when you wake up, immediately write them down. The first couple of times that I found that I was dreaming I awoke due to my excitement. I have only had one or two lucid dreams where I managed to stay asleep and began to control my dream. In fact, even though I was lucid and knew what I was doing, I still went with the flow of the dream and didnt for lack of better words "superman it like NEO in the Matrix".

The next step for me is to confront things that I dont want, things that dont bring happiness to my dreams and figure out why they are in my dreams. This will allow me to help grow in my mental and emotional state of my life. To become a truly whole person and begin living a lucid life, one needs to be at peak performance mind, body, and spirit. Eventually you will be able to enjoy your dreams to the point of no repercussions, you are the alpha, if you dream it you can do it and all of that. You actually gain 2-4 hours of your life back everyday until you die. As fast as time flies, lucid dreaming is worth just that. Your awake life will be easier because you will be happier all the time I promise. Even if you live the worst possible, in jail, or feels like in jail life - you will be happy everyday because at night you are free with what I have just taught you. No physical, social, emotional, economical, Hell- no boundaries at all. Do you and your wife need a vacation? Go rent a documentary on the Louvre and go vacation to Paris in your lucid dream, all except have Da Vinci himself explain Mona Lisa's smile. Amazing possibilities arent there?

Once you grasp this concept and, if you try it you will, move into my blog on Lucid Living - awakening in your awake life. This stuff is all true. When you see negative people, try to appreciate that they are unable to see what you are able to see and this will allow you to not give out that energy and allowing them to force you back into your mundane meaningless lifestyle.

Are you aware of the fact that the human mind only uses around 10% of its capacity. Its a fact, everything that I write has something to back it up. The other 90% of the mind is the lucidity. How are some people able to "know" when something bad is about to happen? How about the people that are able to move things with their minds? Lucidity? If I am lucid in my dreams, I can do anything. If I can use lucidity in my life or awaken, I can do anything! Easy Algebra. How often have you felt like there has to be more than life than this? You made more money this year and bought more things. You had heartache and happiness, but is that it? No, it isnt! Did you get the feeling that everything is right? Do you even know that feeling that I am talking about? There has only been a handful of times when I knew that I was in the right place at the right time. Completely in tune with God or the Universe, just that higher power. I am offering you that answer right now. I understand that this must be hard to wrap your head around but think about manifestation and how it works. Read some of my previous blogs on me getting $10k in unexpected checks. Making $25k with less than a week's worth of work for signing a piece of paper. It is not just some type of phenomenon as it keeps happening. I'll tell you right now, my wife and I never worry about bills and the money is always there. We dont worry at all and are never late. If we want something we buy it with the firm belief that the money will be there and it always is. Those example are it and I want to capture it and stay in that feeling of completeness forever.

I still have a lot of learn about living a lucid lifestyle but I have tapped in to it. As I learn more, you will learn more and please comment, we should learn together.
