North Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Condos have seen a lot of activity in the past 90 days. Here are all the 3BR units sold in the North Myrtle Beach Area during August, September and October 2009. Some of the best buys? Why, the ones I sold of course! My Buyers got a killer deal on a 3BR/3BA Oceanfront Bank Owned condo at Windy Hill Dunes for only $290,000. In its heyday (2005) it sold for $689,900. Another great buy: the 3BR/3Ba condo sold at Avista Resort. It garnered over $33K in rental income and sold for $300,000. I tell all my Oceanfront Buyers: For the best deals, you should have bought two months ago. Now it’s still a good time to buy. Hurry up, then!

Apparently, over the last three years, more than one in three honey bee colonies have died nationwide, posing a serious risk to our natural food supply.
One cause of these losses is an alarming phenomenon called Colony Collapse Disorder, or “CCD.” When a hive experiences CCD, the honey bees mysteriously desert their hive and die. CCD symptoms have been reported by more than thirty-five states across the U.S. and in many other countries.
Researchers do not know exactly what causes CCD, but they believe there may be many factors contributing to the problem, including viruses, mites, chemical exposure and poor nutrition.
