Carson's Pond is a ninety-one lot community located on S. Bennetts Bridge Road(hwy 296), off Woodruff Road, in the Five Forks area of Simpsonville. Homes in this neighborhood were built from the year 2000 to 2004, and they range in size from 2000 square feet to over 5000 square feet
