Neely Farm is a well established Simpsonville SC real estate neighborhood which has a lot to offer its residents. Once you enter into this beautiful neighborhood, you are welcomed with a great community feel and park like setting. There are over 560 homes in Neey Farm, which are divided into four sections: Laurel Brook, Deer Spring, Greystone and Ivy Creek, and the homes range in size from 1600 sq.ft. to about 3400 sq.ft., and over 4,200 sq.ft. with some full finished basement homes.
The homes were built between 1990 and 2006, and range in price from $180,000 to the low $300,000s. Most of them were built by Lazarus Shouse, who in over three decades, have developed some of the most successful and prestigious communities in the Upstate.The lots in Neely Farm are layed out nicely to where you are close to your neighbor but not too close. Neighborhood is located just off Fairview Road on Harrison Bridge Rd. in Simpsonville.
AMENITIES: Once you enter Neely Farm, you are welcomed by a view the pond which has dock with seats. There are also four tennis courts, a huge childrens playground, walking trails, swimming pool with a kiddie pool, an active clubhouse where several different neighborhood groups meet. There are two grills outside the clubhouse for cookouts. There is a monthly newsletter which lists dozens of activities within the community, and a home owners association.
