Sparrows Point is an entry level and median homes neighborhood conveniently located in the Five Forks area of Simpsonville South Carolina. There are over 360 homes in Sparrows Point subdivision, and most of them were built from the mid 1990's to 2000. These homes range in size from 1200 square feet to over 2800 square feet on the basement homes. They range in price from the low $100,000's to the low $200,000's.

If you are looking for homes for sale in Sparrows Point subdivision, you can expect to find traditional style one level homes, one level with bonus room over the garage, two story homes and basement homes. Most of the

homes in Sparrows Point have vinyl siding, but there are several homes with partial brick siding, and most of them have two-car garages.

There are three convenient entrances to Sparrows Point subdivision, one on Woodruff Road, and two on Scuffletown Road.

Sparrows Point neighborhood amenities include a swimming pool, playground, tennis courts, clubhouse, street lights and common areas. There is also a neighborhood swim team that was put together by some of the parents who wanted to provide fun, recreational activity for their children during the summer.

Greenville County public schools assigned to Sparrows Point subdivision at the time of this post are Bells Crossing Elementary, Mauldin Middle and Mauldin High school. Sparrows Point is a wonderful pool community located near Five Forks and Woodruff Road. Consisting of approximately 382 single-family residences, the community features a swimming pool and tennis courts. From the close proximity to all of the shopping Woodruff Road has to offer, to the close-knit atmosphere of the community, you will not be disappointed with what Sparrows Point has to offer.
