Waverly Hall is a 50 lot upscale neighborhood located off Woodruff Road, on Five Forks Road in Simpsonville South Carolina. Waverly Hall subdivision consists of custom built upscale homes that range in square footage from 2000 square feet to over 5000 square feet. Homes in Waverly Hall subdivision have mostly brick exterior finishes, but there are some with stone and vinyl sidings. The homes range in price from $275,000 to over $500,000.
