As of January 28, 2008, there are 1,112 residential properties listed for sale. So far this year 48 residential properties have sold, 65 have expired (the property didn't sell and the listing contract ran out), and 38 have been withdrawn from the market.

I took a couple weeks off, and fell behind in my reports of the market conditions in the Black Hills. Homes are still selling, and there was increased activity just after the New Year. Most agents are anticipating an increase in sales throughout the spring and into summer. Also, to note is that hoems are still selling at about 97% of listed price.
