As of March 25, 2008, there are 1163 residential properties listed for sale. So far this year 306 residential properties have sold, 159 have expired (the property didn't sell and the listing contract ran out), and 194 have been withdrawn from the market.

I took a couple weeks off, and fell behind in my reports of the market conditions in the Black Hills. Homes are still selling, and there was increased activity just after the New Year. Most agents are anticipating an increase in sales throughout the spring and into summer. Also, to note is that hoems are still selling at about 97% of listed price.
