Brentwood homes sales for May 2011 - With summer rapidly approaching, home sales in Brentwood are getting more active by the day. 64 Brentwood homes closed in the month of May compared to 61 closings in May of 2010. The average price of Brentwood homes sold was $552,344 and increase of 4.8% over Brentwood homes sold in 2010. The average days on market has dropped to 95 days and the homes pending sale is up to 95. With only 483 available Brentwood homes currently listed in the Brentwood MLS, the absorbtion rate is down to 7.5 months. One other very important statistic is the list price to sales price ration is now down to 95.8 percent.
