This Beautiful Home in Tylertown/Oakland Hills and is vacant. The subdivision has underground utilities and sidewalks. Many walkers in this neighborhood and the lots are a nice size. Homes have a little breathing space between each other. Located off of Exit 1 and/or Exit 4, this home is close to all kinds of restaurants and shopping venues.
Please take time to view this home and give me your thoughts!

I wonder with the schools in Montgomery County, will the older schools be equal to the newer schools? For instance Rossview has amazing facilities for their students. I am in total shock when I go there and then come back to our field and we don't even have a track for our children to run around. They have to run on the street. I don't know how deciding what one school gets happens but it is something I will have to look into and get educated on.
I also went on the Neighborhood Navigator and found some interesting numbers from last year.
Rossview High had 1448 students with a 18/1 student/teacher ratio, they also had 125 Instructional Computers
Northeast High had 1660 students with a 18/1 student/teacher ratio, they had only 25 Instructional Computers
Northwest High had 1263 students with a 17/1 student/teacher ratio, they had only 28 Instructional Computers
Kenwood High had 1194 students with a 20/1 student/teacher ratio, they had 225 Instructional Computers
Clarksville High had 1374 students with a 20/1 student/teacher ratio, they had only 15 Instructional Computers
Please, anyone out there that can give some input on how a school system decides what and which school gets something happens would be appreciated?
