Here are a few facts you will want to know about Woodland:

Woodland has approximately 100 homes in it's subdivision. Most of the homes were built between 1948-1965. The square footage for these Woodland homes range between 768 - 2400. Many residents in Woodland have created additions and/or remodeled their homes keeping this neighborhood quite nice. Since January 2007 homes in Woodland have sold in an average of only 59 days with the average selling price of $70.39 per square feet.
