Dale Hollow is a very clean and clear lake. I am honestly not one to like to swim in a lake but Dale Hollow is the exception that. There is nothing better than to go boating on such a beautiful lake. The water is pristine, the views are amazing and the wild life is awesome. I don't know of many places in the world that a eagle can soar above you while you are riding a jet ski. The land around the lake is all protected by the core of engineers. So there are no private docks on the lake. There are however several great marinas to choose from. There is also a horse riding trail between the Willow Grove Marina and Lilly Dale Marina. This is an amazing riding trail with breath taking views of the lake. Dale Hollow Lake has over 600 miles of shore line and is in Tennessee and Kentucky. Email me for suggestions on where to stay while you are visiting. Historically speaking when we have an active hurricane season Realtor in Tennessee tend to get busy. I can't say that I blame anyone for that. I am watching tv and it looks like Ike is really making a big mess. I do pray for those that are effected by it. I am in Middle Tennessee and would not have it any other way. I will stick with our mountains, streams, and lakes. We have low taxes, great schools. safe neighborhoods, and NO Ike. Please be careful if you are in the path of this storm. We are praying for you!

Come to Dale Hollow Lake for a visit!! We have such beautiful and safe area. Tennessee is such a friendly place. People wave at each other as you pass on the street. Some you may know and some you may not. My family and I love nothing more than to spend the day at this clean clear lake. Want to live or own a vacation home here?? ME TOO!! I would not want to be anywhere else in the world. Taxes are very low. Crime is not even existent. I am sure there is probably a little but nothing to really worry about. I am a Realtor and have many listing in this area. If you are interested in investing in Land or even a home its a great time to buy! There are some great buys out there currently.
