How technology has changed....the real estate world

Linda L. Robinson: Real Estate Agent in Kingsport, TN

How technology has changed....

New technologies, especially the Internet, have revolutionized the way " US realtors" buy and sell real estate. Although I am fairly new at this, I love using these new technologies because they allow me to be more productive and more accessible to my clients. They also give me access to the latest market information. Wow, sometimes this can be depressing. But I have to say over all technology has been good to me

Through all these changes though, one thing remains the same: real estate is about PERSONAL SERVICE. In my many years in this business, the BEST real estate service involves

THE FOLLOWING 3 STEPS

  1. Listening to your clients
  2. Promptly responding to their needs and wants
  3. Putting all of your best resources to work for them.

My "East Tennessee Style" of helping people buy and sell their home includes a combination of up-to-date technology and personalized, high-quality service. I use the best of both worlds to get you the home you deserve.

When you are ready, give me a call (423-817-2004) I will save you time, money and stress. Let me know when I can get to work for you.

I would love for you to consider me as your representative or referral agent. You can be confident that I will help you every step of the way.

326 Bayberry Drive, Kingsport TNI recently listed a very nice home that has been on the market, with 2 other Realtors, for the past couple of years.

At my listing appointment, I was very honest with the sellers and told them that if they want to sell, their home MUST be priced correctly for TODAYS market. I convinced them to reduce the price and their home went under contract in 2 weeks!!!

Sometimes it is tough to be honest with our clients because we don't want to hurt their feelings, but, honesty truly is the best policy in business.

My very first blog post was this listing I sold. New Listing - 326 Bayberry Dr. Kingsport, TN 37663

A couple of weeks ago I was reading an article written by someone whom I think keeps the most updated on recent news about the Tri-cities especially Kingsport and that is Mr. Fleming. He mention something stating some data that I thought you may like to know if you are considering this area for your new home.

Kingsport is ranked 14th in the country for the second quarter running for appreciation in home values and for the past 12 months, housing prices are up 3.93 percent, with a five-year appreciation of 32.41 percent.

2008 3rd quarter endings report: September 30, housing prices in Kingsport were up .69 percent, according to the Federal Housing Finance Agency.
