I know that everyone has their own take on the market right now, but I just have to say that I'm seeing it as a great market from many different angles!
Let me count the ways!
1. If you are a buyer and don't have a house to sell. GOLDEN! What an opportunity! I had a client close earlier today that would never have dreamed that they could buy the home that they were able to purchase. We were able to get the builder to agree to the price that we wanted and also had them pay all of the closing costs, provide all of the appliances, and had them buy the rate down to 4.5% fixed rate FHA!
2. If you are a seller of a property in this market, you control your own destiny more now than ever before! You as the seller will make the determination as to whether or not your home will sell! Your agent is not a super hero. With the guidance of your agent you will have the power to choose to outsmart the other sellers in the market, so that your home gets chosen, so that you can take advantage of the unbelievable buying opportunities that are available. Do you trust your agent? You should!
3. This market is finally going to let a lot of potential homeowners back into the market. I'm talking about the potential homeowners who have been working hard to keep their credit clean and want to buy a home but have not been able to because of high prices that were caused by the freeflow of money. Is there anybody who doesn't think that the cost of housing has been overinflated for quite some time do to the ability to borrow but inability to pay? Good borrowers are going to now be able to get back into the market as prices are coming back to realistic values.
As a real estate practitioner, this is my time to shine! I'm here to help, guide and counsel my clients. There has never been a time that I'm more able to help my clients than in this changing market. Without me sharing the upside of this market with my clients, the only side that they will learn is the media side.
I choose to educate my friends, family and clients about this unbelievable opportunity that this real estate market has available for all of us to take advantage of.
Keep living, keep learning, keep believing. You are what you believe.

We picked a lot out in Cambridge Farms on Saturday and wrote the contract up. Kelly Schimmel is such a great person to work with. She walked Alan & Kelsie through the whole process. Taking time to explain the entire contract and how the whole process worked. My buyers are so happy they picked out Cambridge Farms to be close to friends they have that already live in the subdivision. Their home should be fininshed in about 5 months. They have to go to the design center and pick out their colors and any upgrades they want. It will be exciting to see their home being built.
