Wildwood Stables and Concepts In Crossville Tennessee

I am a huge fan of horses and I love being around them. Fairfield Glade includes a beautiful stable where dozens of gorgeous horses live and play everyday. At Wildwood Stables and Concepts, they offer so much wisdom and courses in order to learn about all you need to know of horses.

I did a little research on this beautiful place and found out a ton of information. At a glance, I thought this place just offered the usual hay rides, horseback/pony rides and a bonfire to end the night. I found out that this place is not only a tourist attraction but so much more as well. There are series of classes called 'Horse Sense' and through these course, lectures are taught about the caring of horses.

Wildwood

Groups of all shapes and sizes are also encouraged to come and learn for themselves and are are shown behind the scenes of horse care and farm management skills. It is necessary to book an event in advance with a larger group; but groups are always encouraged to come!

Another thing I found really neat at the Stables is their new 'Adopt a Horse Program'. For a small fee every month, a true horse lover is able to come in and groom, tack and even extra barn duties for an adopted horse of their choice. Along with these extra benefits, you will receive a photo of your horse and numerous discounts on rides. This is a great opportunity to learn even more about a horse and getting to spend extra time with it as well.

Wildwood Stables and Concepts is located about 10 miles from I-40 off of Chestnut Hill Road, and is a popular attraction for people of all ages. Throughout the year, many festivals, singings and craft shows are displayed here at the stables. Next time you visit the Crossville, Tennessee area, come by the stables and find out what you are missing!

Tennessee Golf Open Held in Cumberland County

Not only is Cumberland County the Golf Capitol of Tennessee but it is also home to the Tennessee Women's Open Golf Championship. For the past many years, this competition has been held at Bear Trace Golf Course, located out by Homestead. It wasn't until last year that this event was moved to Stonehenge Golf Course in Fairfield Glade.

Many people from the state will come just to watch many talented female golfers compete for the ultimate title of the best female golfer in Tennessee along with a cash prize. Mayor of Crossville, J.H. Graham stated, "We will see a lot of talent this year and we are looking to break a record by fitting 1,000 spectators around the 18th hole as the last golfer puts."

Admission to the Women's Open Championship is free. For more information, visit www.tnwomensopen.com or call The Tennessee Golf Association. Come out on July 22-24 to see the talent of these female golfers!

Golf Capital Learning Center in Crossville

Who would ever imagine that tucked away on top of the beautiful mountain top called the Cumberland Plateau is Crossville known as the Golf Capital of Tennessee. I moved here from Florida 14 years ago and when I lived in Florida I would go to the area golf courses and follow behind the pros like Greg Norman and John Daly as they played the tournaments to make their living. But here in Crossville golf is a retirement pass time for many folks and a relaxing escape for us professionals who take the afternoon off and enjoy the sunshine & scenery.

Here in Crossville and Fairfield Glade you will find some of the finest, most beautiful golf courses you could ever imagine in the south. We even have a Golf Capital Learning Center in Crossville located at 200 Netherton Lane, Crossville TN. Recently I read an article about the Golf Capital Learning Center and it highlighted the All New PING products.

I'll name a few for you: New G15 Series - DRIVERS provide maximum forgiveness with a higher launch and reduced spin. Sounds like a good one for me to go and check out (the forgiveness part is what I'm thinking). IRONS provide a higher launch and benefits the majority of golfers looking for consistency in their iron play. Stronger lofts with a low center of gravity giving one longer shots without giving up a high launch angle. HYBRIDS are PING's longest hybrid ever. Expanded perimeter weighting and iron style face produce higher launch and reduce spin. FAIRWAY WOODS are a long, forgiving option for most who rely on a larger head. Increase in launch angle and lower center of gravity provides increased distance.

The Golf Capital Learning Center is a great resource for the area golfers. Next time I will write more on the Golf Capital Learing Center and will highlight the New I15 Series and the New IN Putters will also be included.

If you are a golfer and are looking for an affordable wonderful place to retire where you can live a comfortably on a fixed income, you must check out Crossville, Fairfield Glade and Lake Tansi. I'm sure you'll find many reasons why Rand McNally has named us in he top ten places to retire in the United States. Does the Buyer See Value?

Celeste Chism - Search Crossville and Fairfield Glade Real Estate: Real Estate Brokerage in Crossville, TN

Does the Buyer See Value? If they don't, they won't buy! Everyday the reality of our world is changing. The internet has changed our lives especially those of us in the real estate business. 90% of today's home buyers are online looking for their next home before they ever think of calling an agent to get them inside.

A few weeks ago we did a "Celebrating Your Home" Presentation in Fairfield Glade at the Multi Purpose Building with several other home related small business owners. The group of us came together to show home owners ways to add value to their home. We had an ASP staging professional who was the highlight of the presentation and she was the first presenter in our line up.

Today's home buyers are looking for value. If they don't find value in your home they are finding the one that has it. I tell my sellers consistently that the buyer must see two things in their next home, one is value and the second is themselves living there. If they don't see those two things, they never buy your home.

Home staging creates value. Sellers need to know that uncluttering & de-personalizing (just to name a few) their home, creates value in your home. People are buying square footage. I often tell them that they are not selling their home, they are selling their house. Isn't it our goal to create value to the buyer so we can sell them that home? I am convinced that staging sells homes. Now all I have to do is convince my sellers that they need to stage their homes. The latest statistics on home staging are astounding according to Staged Homes. They say that staged homes are on the market 80% less time than non-staged homes.

Whether the markets hot or not, up or down, doesn't matter, Home Staging works!
