The other agent calls and tells you the buyers financing fell through.  She also mentions that they are trying alternative routes, but needs the earnest money release form signed as soon as possible.  First of all, shoot straight with me.  They are not trying to find alternative financing to purchase the house we are suppose to close on Friday (today), they are trying to soften the blow. Elizabethton Tennessee, Laurel Falls- This is my favorite hiking spot in this area. It is right off Highway 321. There is a lower trail head which is 2.5 miles to the falls and an upper trail head that is 1.5 miles to the falls. There is also several other trails throughout the area. A 14 mile round trip and 17 mile round trip. It is a hike with hills, creeks, some rock climbing on the lower trail, not bad though. Great foot holds and not at all dangerous. This picture shows one of the areas where you have to climb a little around the corner. Great place!
