There is slight drop off in number of units built and sold in the past year, but since this is still a growing community that is to be expected. Overall the trends are still favorable for condo ownership, here as well in other parts of Franklin, TN.

Notice a slight dip in price per square foot from 2007 to 2008, yet still higher that 2006 and over all a solid upward trend.
