Avalon Home Sales in Franklin TN for July 2010 saw a big jump with 9 homes closing in July versus 2 homes in June. There was a big reduction in the average sales price of $933,850 in June to $618,820 in July. However, the average number of days on the market decreased from 168 days in June to 106 days in July.
