Franklin Luxury Homes Neighborhood Profile
Head east on Cool Springs Blvd from I-65 and the first subdivision you'll run into is Carronbridge.

Developed by The Southern Land Co (Laurelbrook, WestHaven), Carronbridge has a atmosphere that reflects neighborhoods from days gone by. From the old-fashioned street lamps that light the sidewalks, to the stocked lakes that have beautifully lit fountains, Carronbridge is a community that is perfect for anyone who'd like to live, work, and play in Cool Springs.

At the center of the subdivision you will find the neighborhood's clubhouse where you can enjoy the tennis courts, fitness center, pool, and playground for all of your family, social, and recreational needs.

Current prices range from $540,000-$720,000, and include anywhere from 3,000-5,000 square feet. There are 140 homes built from 1998-2006 in the open section of Carronbridge. Across the street, you will find The Enclave of Carronbridge, a gated and more exclusive section of Carronbridge. We will talk more about this section in a later post.

Nashville Real Estate - Sometimes the entrance of a neighborhood will give you an idea of what to expect. The entrance to Carronbridge is the most impressive that I've seen in a long time. The house at the end of these trees is the Carronbridge clubhouse. CarronBridge is located just south of Nashville in Franklin Tn.

Franklin tn is located just south of Nashville and north of Spring Hill. Downtown Franklin is know for it's beautifully restored historic buildings predating the Civil War currently used as shops and restaurants. Speaking of the Civil War, the Carnton Plantation and the Carter house are both restored relics rich in Civil War history. Franklin is a great small town within minutes of one of the best shopping experiences is the southeast at Cool Spring Mall. With excellent schools, a very low crime rate, and even low taxes, it's easy to see why so many people have decide to make Franklin home.

Nashville real estate - Spring is here, the grass is turning green, Bradford pears are all in bloom, and buyers are starting to buy Nashville real estate. If you've been under a rock for a while, welcome to the best real estate market buyers have had in many years, maybe ever. Franklin tn - It's not what it sounds like, but it was. The factory in Franklin is an old factory bulit before the depression It's been renovated, and turned into retail and office space. Because of it's location just north of downtown Franklin, it's very easy to find, and appears to be a great place to set up shop if your business doesn't really fit in a traditional mall.
Since this was originally a factory for stoves, I think it's fitting that the Viking store and cooking school is one of the merchants here. A link to all of the merchants in the
factory is provided here.
