Fairvue Plantation has planned to begin development of their 80 acre Mixed Use site at the corner of Nashville Pike and Douglas Bend Rd in Gallatin, TN. The site is currently planned to introduce a new 72 unit "One Level Living" condominium development and a 298 unit very upscale "Lake View" apartment development. Plans have been approved at the City of Gallatin for both parcels to begin later this year.

The complete master plan of the entire 80 acre site is not complete at this time but is in progress. On the planning table is a Mixed Use commercial development that will bring up-to 300,000 sq ft of office space mixed with a retail component to round-out the site. We picked a lot out in Cambridge Farms on Saturday and wrote the contract up. Kelly Schimmel is such a great person to work with. She walked Alan & Kelsie through the whole process. Taking time to explain the entire contract and how the whole process worked. My buyers are so happy they picked out Cambridge Farms to be close to friends they have that already live in the subdivision. Their home should be fininshed in about 5 months. They have to go to the design center and pick out their colors and any upgrades they want. It will be exciting to see their home being built.

The Social Committee of Fairvue / Foxland has organized to give an opportunity to Fairvue neighbors to meet and participate in activities that will enhance your Fairvue Lifestyle.

The Social Committee organizes two events each year for all residents. These events have been very successful and have enabled people to meet their neighbors while enjoying great fellowship in a fun atmosphere.

2009 Fairvue / Foxland activities include;

• FAIRVUE IN-HOME DINING CLUB - Dinners will be held every other month beginning in January, on the 3rd Saturday of the month.
• LADIES MORNING BOOK CLUB BOATING CLUB - Meet discuss and analyze a book chosen for the month.
• LADIES MORNING BIBLE STUDY - Share in a nondenominational Christian bible study.
• LADIES EVENING BUNCO - Fun, no skill requiredgame. Join others at a different home each month.
• PLANTATION KIDS - Newborn to pre-school age stroller walks through Fairvue, playgroup, a seasonal theme party, craft day, great fun!
• COUPLES EVENING BRIDGE - Couples take turns hosting each month for an evening of bridge.
