Wrights Mill HOA Meeting Dec 15

Wrights Mill HOA Meeting December 15 at 6:30 p.m.

We willl meet at THE BARN at Fellowship Bible Church promptly at 6:30., and the meeting should only last thirty minutes.

Our Agenda:

1. Present and explain the four land use proposals

2. Take Questions and Comments.

3. Allow residents to vote on the plan they support.

This will not be a "majority rules" vote. There will be one vote allowed per household, and we must submit each voter's name and address along with his or her vote for the preferred land use plan ON PAPER. We'll have ballots for each person to fill out so that the meeting moves quickly. We have been told the Planning Committee takes these votes more seriously when there is a name attached to each vote as opposed to "majority rules".

For those who cannot attend, there will be an opportunity to vote by proxy.
