Today I would like to take you to visit Wexford Downs subdivision. Nestled between Knoxville and Oak Ridge, just off Oak Ridge Highway, Wexford Downs is in the Karns area, an older subdivision with mature trees with a total of 191 properties.

Wexford Downs is a closed neighborhood, meaning there is only one way in or out of the subdivision. This cuts down dramatically on through traffic.

As this area has a lot of "country" around, you may just see some deer, as I did while driving around the neighborhood! (do you see the deer in this photo?)
