Harrison Springs, Knoxville TN October Market Report

Chiara (KEY-r-ah) Petro - Your KEY to Home Sweet Home - Knoxville TN: Real Estate Agent in Knoxville, TN

Last month during the Parade of Homes, I brought you to Harrison Springs subdivision. Wow! But things are hopping over there, selling like hotcakes hopping!

Seriously, though, Harrison Springs is a highly desirable subdivision starting with location, location, location! That is followed up by family friendly, and more location, location, location: convenient to work, play, shopping, schools, and most anything you can think of to do.

For October*, there were:

  • 6 Active properties
  • 5 Pending properties
  • 3 Closed sales

Let's see this on a nice colorful pie chart:

Harrisons Springs OMRchart

Woohoo! There's almost as many Pending sales as there are Active properties for sale, and those 3 closed properties are just great. It makes that chart look like a peace sign.

The Average listing price is $277,166

The Average sales price for October was $291,116

Yes, Harrison Springs is a great place to land! If you are interested in seeing any of the properties currently on the market, just give me a jingle!

Today, I'd like to show you Harrison Springs, Knoxville TN, as I continue on the Parade of Homes route.

Harrison SpringsHarrison Springs is brought to you by HMH Construction, and they are presenting The Willow ($273,500) for the showcase house.

But, first, a little about Harrison Springs. This subdivision is located near Lovell Road, Hardin Valley Road and Pellissippi Parkway, making it extra easy to get to shopping, work, restaurants, and McGhee Tyson Airport. It is very much a family friendly neighborhood.

Harrison Springs kitchen The Willow, at 2440 square feet, is loaded with features, starting with the 2-story foyer. And I can't help but let you know about the lovely eat-in kitchen. Have you been wishing for a wet bar? You'll find it in The Willow!

Upstairs we find some more great use of space. Lots of storage space, a huge bonus room that is great for the family (or a man cave if the kids are too young or have moved out). That's in addition to the 3 bedrooms and the laundry room.

Did I forget to mention the wood floors on the main level? You'll have stop over to take a look, as this photo really didn't capture the distressed wide planks. And, if you do stop over to take a look at The Willow, tell them Chiara sent you. Of course, I'd be happy to bring you over for a looksie, just give me a shout.
