Williamson County Schools Plans Building New Nolensville High School

Williamson County Schools: Franklin High SchoolThe Williamson County School Board is currently looking to buy land for a new high school they plan to build in the Nolensville area.

This is just one of the items included on the five-year capital out-lay plan. The Williamson County school board will seek final approval for this capital out-lay plan at their November meeting.

If approved, school officials will be looking to purchase approximately 100 acres in Nolensville. The commission has budgeted up to $30,000 per acre towards the purchase of this land.

The building of this new high school may have an interesting impact on the housing market in Nolensville. One of the selling features for home owners has always been that buyers could purchase homes for far less in Nolensville than their Brentwood neighbors but still have the advantage of children attending the highly-rated Brentwood schools.

It's another home selling success story: Nolensville, TN 37135!

Fresh Perspectives recently provided a staging consultation for the homeowners of 7731 Nolensville Rd Nolensville, TN 37135. This adorable home is located the quaint town of Nolensville in Williamson County, TN. Surrounded by mature trees, wildlife, and room to roam this property is ideal for the first time homebuyer who wants to be in Williamson County and avoid subdivision living.

After following the suggestions we provided and the advice of their Realtor, Drew Hendry of SilverPointe Properties, we are happy to report this property sold within the first week of hitting the market to the first buyer to walk through the door! They also received a back up offer in case this contract fell through. Drew reported a couple other phone calls from agents who had buyers interested in the property and wanted to be notified if the current contracts did not work out.

What caused this home to sell so quickly?

Two reasons:

1. These homeowners followed the advice of Drew Hendry. Drew provided great advice for pricing the home and implemented an effective marketing strategy to draw buyers to the property.

2. The homeowners also followed the advice provided during the staging consultation they had with Fresh Perspectives Property Merchandising Services, a service Drew Hendry provides to all sellers who list with him.
