Wades Grove Homes sales 2011 - Just when we all thought the Spring Hill homesmarket was dead, July came and homes started moving at a pace we haven't seen in years.

The community pool in Wades Grove that John Maher had been trying to get thought the zoning board for years finally passed, and within a very short time frame was finished and open to the community.

The access to Spring Hill via I-65 that everyone complains about now seems to really be making progress, and at the rate it's going should be finished late this year or early next year. I predict that it will make a major impact on the volume and price of Spring Hill real estate.

Wades Grove is an all brick community in the Williamson county side of Spring hill developed by John Maher builders. Homes from 1400 to over 4000 square feet are available and prices range from aroung $180,000 to over $350,000.

New Schools in Spring Hill TN has lately been one of my most recent questions. On the Williamson county side the following schools are schedule to open soon.

• Allendale in the new elementary school, and will open in the fall of 2010
• Spring Station is the new middle school, also planned for opening in fall of 2010
• The new high school is not named yet, and it will open in the fall of 2011.

Allendale is located just west of Benevento and Spring Hill place. The new high school and Spring Station are located just north of Wades Grove subdivision on Buckner Ln. To check for zoning, visit the Williamson county Schools website here.

So for the home owners on the east side of Spring Hill in Williamson county, the overcrowding in Chapmans retreat should be solved next fall.

Spring Hil Tn Real Estate sales for the month of August continues to improve..
