Franklin homes are still selling at a brisk pace with 100 closings in the short month of February, The average price was $372,609 and the days on market down to 90. Another telling sign that the Franklin real estate market is doing well is the number of pending sales 153, telling me that closings for March should still continue higher.

Franklin homeshave been increasing in price and volume for a year now, and it's showing up in the reduced inventory levels, making it more difficult for buyers to find good choices.
