Back in June of 2008, I blogged about the new construction at Asbury Circle Townhomes, an Ashton Woods development in Addison, Texas. Now, almost three years later, 50 of the 72 homes have been started, completed and/or occupied.

These 3-story townhomes are located off Belt Line Road between Marsh Lane and Midway Road on the south side of the street. All are 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath with a 2-car garage. There are two floor plans to choose from: the Stillwater plan (2326 square feet) and the Clearwater plan (2573 square feet).

Interior features include Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, granite counters, tile backsplash, 42" cabinetry in the kitchen; garden tub, designer fixtures, separate shower in the master bath; pedestal sink, ceramic tile floor, designer fixtures in the powder and guest baths; and luxury features such as garage door openers, full security system, sandstone window frames, pewter interior light package and more. Both plans allow for an optional double master bedroom, game room and fireplace.

In the phase currently under construction, 4 lots have been sold (noted with red dots on the map). The yellow lots are available. Lots 6 through 15 (in white) are expected to be released for sale in the upcoming weeks. The blue lots are sold and occupied, and 2 are the models. Don Arnold, the Asbury Circle Townhomes Community Sales Manager expects the development to be sold out by the end of the year.
