About Addison's Meridian Square

Savannah Homes is building 3-story townhomes in Addison, Texas in the Meridian Square subdivision.

Once the townhomes are built out, Savannah will start on the condominiums. Addison seniors are anxiously awaiting these "condo flats" with garage parking. Each of the three condo buildings will have an elevator, and once inside the building, the living space is all on one level.

Located just north of Addison Circle, Meridian Square is conveniently located. With Quorum Drive on the west and Spectrum Drive on the east, Meridian Square is just south of Airport Parkway and north of Calloway Drive.

Proposed pricing for the first of three condo buildings has been published. The upper floors will carry higher price tags than the first floor units.

• 1st floor: 1 BR/1.5 bath with study, 1375 sq ft - $259,000
• 1st floor: 2 BR/2.5 bath with study, 1722 sq ft - $319,000
• 2nd floor: 1 BR/1.5 bath with study, 1375 sq ft - $269,000
• 2nd floor: 2 BR.2.5 bath with study, 1722 sq ft - $329,000
• 3rd floor: 1 BR/1.5 bath with study, 1375 sq ft - $279,000
• 3rd floor: 2 BR/2.5 bath with study, 1722 sq ft - $339,000

Pricing has also been proposed for the "Penthouse" condo building:

• 1st floor: 2 BR/2.5 bath with study, 1930 sq ft - $459,000
• 2nd floor: 2 BR/2.5 bath with study, 1930 sq ft - $469,000
• 3rd floor: 2 BR/2.5 bath with study, 1930 sq ft - $479,000

The plans call for 12 of the smallest, one-bedroom, 1375 square foot units; 12 of the 1722 square foot units; and just 6 of the largest 1930 square foot units.
