MARKET UPDATE: Pecan Square Condos in Addison, Texas 1/1/09 - 6/30/09
There are currently no units on the market in the Multiple Listing Service for the Pecan Square
Condominimums.
There has been only 1 sale in the complex since January 1st, at $127.10 per square foot (down from $129.94 six months ago). The 2 bedroom unit sold for $121,000 (as compared to the previous sales six months ago at $123,500 and $123,900).

Since July 1, 2008, there have been 2 sales in the complex, with $129.94 being the average price per sq. ft. (up from $124.92 six months ago). Units sold from a low of $123,500 to a high of $123,900 (as compared to $118,000 & $136,000 for the prior 6-month period).
Higher priced sales typically reflect larger units and those that have been updated.
The highest sale was at $130.15 per sq. ft. (up from $126.87 per sq. ft. six months ago).
