Towne Lake is a subdivision of 63 townhomes in Addison, off Beltway Road, one block south of Beltline and west of Midway Road. Built in 1997-98, the complex has an outdoor pool and clubhouse, although the Addison Athletic Club is just down the street with an indoor gym, indoor and outdoor pools, exercise equipment, racketball courts and more. The AAC is free to Addison residents.

Towne Lake is comprised of two and three story townhomes on two streets: Towne Lake and Towne Green. The homes are platted in a figure-eight design, with those on Towne Lake surrounding a small man-made lake. The area between the two circles is where the pool and clubhouse are located.

According to the Dallas Central Appraisal District, the properties in Towne Lake are assessed at a low of $244,230 to a high of $361,760.

Since July 1, 2008, there have been 3 sales in the neighborhood with $146.19 being
