About Alvin's North Pointe Trails

North Pointe Trails in Alvin is the newest Subdivision being constructed. The Developers were, Barry and Scott Black a father and son team. Scott, Barry’s son, took pride in naming the streets of each of the subdivisions they developed with a theme in mind.

The theme for North Pointe Trails was race car drivers. To our loss Scott passed away about six months ago. We all miss him as he was such a great guy. He had an awesome giving personality.

The newest builder to come to this subdivision is Grand View Builders who has several products to offer the new home buyer. Above is a picture of the model home.

What I noticed the most about this layout and this is how it should be...is that each room should lead your eye to the next room . In this case the beautifully landscaped front yard leads your eye to the homes beautifully crafted wrought iron front door. As you enter the home the formal dining room will be on your left. This dining room is an open concept dining room / with a eat in kitchen.

As you can see the kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and ceramic flooring. I particularly like the back splash ceramic tiling above the sink area. This room is my favorite in this home.

The family room has a pass through to the kitchen. So those in the kitchen can converse with those in the family room. Below is the other half of the family room.

The spacious Master Bedroom is tranquil and inviting.

This model home has three bedroom, two baths and a separate family room. This room could be used as an office. One feature draws you automatically to the next. This house is total eye candy.
