This new high-rise, 360 condominiums Austin Texas made quiet a dramatic impact on the Austin skyline standing at 44 floors and 580 feet tall.  Developed by Novare Group (Atlanta) and Andrews Urban LLC (Austin).

In the newest Austin Texas high rise 360 condominium, there has been quiet a bit of inventory up for sale. Some of the properties up for sale throughout 2009 had been condos in 360 owned by the developer, they were previously pending contract with a buyer BUT after the downturn in the economy and tightening in the lending market, many of the buyers financing fell through. Not to mention many of the residences that were employed by the tech industry that had lost their jobs and were forced to sell.

Overall property owners haven't seen a HUGE decline (roughly only 8% on average, much better
than the rest of the country!) thanks to the demand for housing in the downtown Austin Texas real estate market. But, many of the residences and the developer felt a pinch from the slow down in the economy! Fortunately for property owners, there are signs of improvement in recent months.
