THE NATHAN REPORT
____________________________________________________________________________________________________
After interviewing Home Owners of Texas founder Tom Archer a second time, Nathan Services Inc. discovered that the TRCC finally gave the names of more than 380,000 Homeowners who had applied for help to the now abolished agency. Mr Archer will be able to give legal counsel to Homeowners who have questions as to what to do next.

Individual Homeowners are still hurting not only from a downed Market over all, but also from the repercussions of what the TRCC did to them, while it was still in existence. What becomes of all those Arbitration reviews that were meant to support Homebuilders in the first place? ____________________________________________________________________________________________________

Are Home-Builders now accountable for their mis-deeds of the past?
Clearly not all HomeBuilders were perpetrators in the evil deeds experienced by the Homeowners who sought justice through the TRCC.
But is there going to be any real justice?

The Sunset Laws that protected the TRCC then are now gone.
The Agency obviously gave the illusion that it was the place for Homeowners to seek justice after many HomeBuilders had performed terrible building code violations and even worse terrible construction.
It had managed to even confuse lawyers seeking justice for their clients. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ ________________________________________________________________________________________
Arbitration was written into the contracts with Homebuilders by default under this Agency; which meant that Homeowners were and are still unable to outright litigate for such horrible deeds. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________

Are Corporations in general destroying the fibre of government that allows the people in this country to rest, rule and abide here under the Constitution of the United States of America; without our Bill of Rights being taken from all of us by corporate agendas. Major disasters like:
* Oil spills in our waters, (where they are not penalized),
* HomeBuilders having no accountability (as was the case when the TRCC existed),
*Huge Bank failures (where the Government bails them out --->not the consumers)
all seem to point to the fact that Americans are in a crisis of losing their rights as citizens.
The concept of government for the people and by the people is ceasing to function under these conditions. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________________________________________

Commons Ford Ranch Park
One of the great treasures for those of us who live off Cuervavaca Road in the Eanes ISD in west Austin off 2244 Bee Caves Road is a little known oasis called Commons Ford Ranch Metropolitan Park. This quiet sanctuary of towering pecan trees is a great place to relax for a picnic, walk the dogs, do some casual river bank fishing or read a book under a shady pecan tree. In my opinion this is one of the best parks in all of Austin. Serious hikers should go elsewhere though, this is more for strolling and meandering through the pecan grove meadows and turtle watching along the river and creek banks. On a typical day you'll usually only see a few others enjoying the park giving you a sense of peace and space, which is a refeshing break from the busy crowds at the Lady Bird Park Hike and Bike Trails. There is also a boat launch and vollyball net set up. Pack a picnic and use one of the many picnic tables availabe although we usually just throw a blanket down on a grassy knoll under a shady pecan tree...ahh Texas. Click here to read more about Commons Ford Ranch Park in Austin Texas as well as tons of photos.
