I bought into the Whispering Oaks neighborhood in South Austin (just south of William Cannon between West Gate Blvd and Manchaca Rd, 78745 zip code) in the summer of 2009 --- almost two years ago as I write this. I couldn't be happier with the life here for a lot of reasons. I'm so grateful for my surroundings and I want to share with you a few of the reasons why I love living here.
Total all of these major advantages up and you'd probably expect a much higher sales price than the average $150-$165K that homes in Whispering Oaks, Austin TX tend to sell for.
