The Spicewood on Bull Creek area is conveniently located in NW Austin, just south of Anderson Mill Rd., north of Spicewood Springs Rd. and west of Hwy 183.
Inventory at the close of 2011 is currently down to only 2 active homes on the market and no properties under contract. There have been 16 homes closed in 2011 which is up 60% from 2010. The days on market are down 19% and sold prices are up 3%.

Spicewood at Bull Creek is a community in NW Austin located in the acclaimed RRISD. Students attend exemplary Spicewood Elementary and Canyon Vista Middle School and Westwood High School. Westwood HS is ranked #78 in the nation and has an IB program. Note that in the last 3 years there has been a change in the list and sold price but the actual sold price per square foot has increased. The 2008 figure runs through December 5, 2008 and will be updated at the end of December.
