The Stablewood at Slaughter Creek community was developed in the years 2000 through 2004. Homes in this neighborhood are quite nice and range in size from 1,540 sq. ft. to over 4,500 sq. ft.
Stablewood at Slaughter Creek features a very nice community center with swimming pool, playscape and covered pavilion. The streets in the Stablewood at Slaughter Creek neighborhood have a horse racing flavor. For example, Mint Julep is the traditional drink at the Kentucky Derby. Sea Hero and Real Quiet were champion thoroughbreds. Enter the neighborhood on Racetrack Drive, or live on Jockey Bluff Dr., Turf Cove or Trophy Pass. The sign at the entry says, "Knolls of Slaughter Creek."
