Mary Ann Valentino, Sales Director with Versante Canyon Homes, came to our office sales meeting to give us a presentation on the NW Austin's newest spacious, suburban "canyonscapes" townhome and villa community. It's located in the 8800 block of Hwy 620, adjacent to Boulder Lane, 2 miles north of Hwy 2222. It is located across the street from the Canyon Creek community at its secondary entrance.
