The Heart & Sole Music Festival and 3 Mile Cancer Walk is set for April 6 and needs volunteers. The Jori Zemel Children's Bone Cancer Foundation is hosting the event which benefits bone cancer research and provides financial and emotional support to children and families affected by bone cancer. Activities will include music, food, clowns, rock wall and games from noon to 3 pm. The average list price per sq ft is $249.39. Home sellers have forty eight homes for sale for over $1,000,000 and 25 homes priced at $400,000 or less. As of 03/6/2008 home buyers have an additional 32 homes pending under contract priced from $239,000 to $1,795,000.

During the month of January 2008, 12 single family homes closed with sale prices ranging from $239,900 to $1,864,000. The average sales price per average sq. ft. was $213.24/ sq. ft.
