The Bulverde/Spring Branch Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to offer a FREE public service for our members. The purpose of this class is to introduce you to a way to grocery shop for healthy foods with out breaking the bank. Get the "low down" for healthy choices that you may not have thought of before.

* Special HEB cooking demo.
* Receive recipes and healthy tip handouts.
* Find out how to eat chocolate in a healthy way.
* Learn how to read food labels and so much more!!!

Paul Muller of Anytime Fitness is host of this exciting FREE class.

Space is limited to 10 people per session/class.

We will offer three separate opportunities to participate in this type of class. Each session/class will take place at HEB Bulverde from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm on the following dates:

3^rd ANNUAL MOW DOWN SHOW DOWN

The Spring Branch-Bulverde Family Lions Club presents the 2010 Lawn Mower Races and Bulverde Fall Festival; Saturday 6 Nov 2010, Festival begins at 9 AM, race heats begin at 10:30 AM, food concessions open at 10 AM. Tejas Rodeo, 401 Obst Road. Tickets are $5 per person over age 5. If you want you can stay for the Rodeo that afternoon or keep your ticket stub and get back in that day only for half price. Prize drawings great food and a family atmosphere. Purchase tickets from any Family Lion Member or at the gate.

Vintage Oaks at the Vineyard (a residential community) 1110 Vintage Way ( off of Hwy 46)

The groundbreaking/Ribbon Cutting is for an on-site vineyard that will be developed at Vintage Oaks.

The groundbreaking ceremony is at 12:30 and we have been asked to arrive at 12 noon.

They will have food and wine tastings while you wait.

After the groundbreaking, there will be more wine tastings and food.

Please come and help us welcome this new addition to our community.
