Homes built in The Ridge at Willow Pointe are primarily built by Centex homes. The neighborhood is less than 10 years old and consists of single family homes from 3 bedrooms and up and from 1 to 2 stories. Currently there are 7 homes available for sale in the Subdivision of The Ride at Willow Pointe in Cibolo Texas. Homes sizes are from a little over 1500 square feet to alomst 2700 square feet with prices starting from as low as the mid $120s up to the mid $170's. The neighborhood itself has just built a new playground and basketball area that the residents really love. It is a gated area with parking and picnic benches.
