Homes range from 1,700 square feet to 3,300 with the majority between 2,200 and 2,600 square feet.

A typical lot size for Northfork is about 7,500 to 8,000 square feet.

Located off of Space Center and Clear Lake City Blvd. it is especially convenient for chemical company workers who'd like to remain close to their employment while enjoying the benefits of Clear Creek ISD.
