For the month of July there were 4 Newly Listed University Green Homes for Sale.  Of those, 1 is sold, and 3 are under contract. 

July 2008 Sold Properties

For the month of July there were 2 Sold homes in University Green in Clear Lake.  One was a 3 bedroom 2 bath (1806 square feet) and 2 car garage home that sold for $163,600 and was on the market for 31 days. The other sold for $190k. I heard it was drop-dead gorgeous with tons of upgrades, like granite in kitchen AND baths, Ralph Lauren carpet, stainless steel appliances - the works.  It was on the market 39 days.  2,676 square feet.
