In 2001 when local resident Jori Zemel died at age 14 from bone cancer, her family started a foundation that has raised over $370,000 for bone cancer research. This year's event will take place at noon at Clear Lake High School offering music, food, rock climbing wall, obstacle course, clowns and other festivities for children. The Dig 'n Design Garden Club will have a plant and bake sale on Friday, March 14, at the Clear Lake Park Building, 5001 Nasa Parkway.
