I am fortunate to be surrounded by several very positive people who impact my business on an on-going basis and I want to take this opportunity to thank each of them for the loyal and professional service always provided to me. These special people realize how important every detail in every transaction is to me as I work with buyers and sellers in the local real estate market.

Darlene Gillenwater, my loyal assistant for about 10 years, is patient with me at all times as well as being patient with our clients and other Realtors. She just "gets it" that I usually want everything yesterday when it comes to our clients or marketing! She knows that customer service and satisfaction is my top priority and that I would gladly give up a deal than not act in the best interests of my clients.

Marnie White, my new team member, somehow manages to always be on the same page with me: customer service, marketing, new technology and cutting edge stuff. Marnie also "gets it" that it has to be quick, it has to be good, and that we have to lead the way in our local market. It's that "me first" thing and Marnie "gets it". It has been a little scary (in a good way!) how much we think alike!

Beverly Clark, Weststar Mortgage, continues to provide the ultimate lending services for my buyers. Beverly is always easy to reach on her cell phone and always does exactly what she says she will do, keeping in touch with the clients in a timely manner. Beverly knows that I would rather have a "no" than be led to believe an impossible thing is possible. The buyers love her!

Michelle McBride, Weststar Mortgage, invited me to be her guest at the recent Three Day Video Round Up in Dallas, Texas. WOW, what a three days this was! This happened at the time I was just getting really active in ActiveRain and I have had to put some of things I learned on the back burner. Michelle, I am about ready to implement them now! Michelle provided me an opportunity that will keep on paying off for me throughout 2011 in my Internet marketing.
