One Size Fits All -- Time For Christmas Shopping At Chappell Hill Sausage Company
They have some great soup mixes, jams, jellies and preserves.
This is one of my Christmas presents. I will be tasting it in late December. It sure looks like it will be good on hot toast or rolls.
One of the wreaths they had for sale. They other one was flocked with white.
This looks like it would be a cute gift, two painted wine glasses and a drink mix. Who do you know who loves pink?
Here are some other good gift ideas.
Or,,,, you could bring a cooler with you to Chappell Hill Sausage Company and give meat for Xmas. I guess you would have to store it in the refrigerator until it was time to open gifts. It would be a great conversation starter. The rib eyes I've had from here are some of the best I've ever had in my life. Yummmm!!
Chappell Hill Sausage is in Washinton County. As soon as you pass over the Brazos river look on the right hand side for Chappell Hill Sausage Company.

Chappell Hill Sausage -- Great Food and Great Gift Ideas
Chappell Hill is off Highway 290 about an hour West of Houston going towards Austin. (This is also a great spot for bluebonnets and wildflowers if it is a wet spring).
Aside from the wonderful food at Chappell Hill Sausage, there are also a lot of great gift ideas. Above are some of the Chappell Hill Preserves. I wonder how the Red Tomato Preserves would taste.
Here is the meat case with the cryopacks of meats. The sausage is shipped to local grocery stores in the Houston area. I actually bought a pack of the ribs from the top shelf, that meaty one on the left.
Here is the finished product after my son-in-law slow smoked the ribs on his BBQ pit.
Chappell Hill Sausage also carries soup mixes. I've given soup mixes for Christmas presents before and the recipients loved it.
I have bought some of these preserves, all I have to say is Yummm!!! Each jar has pecans in it. It's wonderful on hot sour dough toast.
Here are some Christmas ornaments they have for sale too.
These bluebonnet goblets caught me eye when I first walked into Chappell Hill Sausage.

Chappell Hill Sausage Company -- A Great Day Trip from Houston for you and your family.
Below is a meat case in the store. You might have seen Chappell Hill Sausage in the grocery store before. Well, here is where it comes from. My husband's favorite is the Pepper Bacon.
The meat is so fresh there. I buy ribeyes there and they are some of the best steaks I have ever had.
The star of the show -- a wonderful sausage on a bun. They also have hamburgers, but I can't see going to a sausage factory and getting a hamburger.
Need a present for somebody? They also have lots of jams, jellies, pickles, bread mixes and soup mixes that are great for Christmas presents or birthday presents for that person on you list that is hard to buy for. I bought a blackberry peach bread mix, which I am looking forward to trying.
Here is an aerial photo of Chappell Hill Sausage. If you are coming from Houston, it is right around a corner on the right hand side of Highway 290.
Hope you enjoy your visit! Tell them Liz Flint, the realtor, sent you.
