North Dallas is one of the larger suburbs of Dallas and encompasses the north section of the city, full of great communities and various neighborhoods that make Dallas the city it has become. This section of Dallas also holds the Texas A&M TAMU-Dallas campus, which is a more renown school of the area. There are several public libraries in the area, and a high range economy, with several headquarters and big businesses within the area – which leads to higher placement for workers and professionals in North Dallas.
Getting to the homes, there is a great mixture of all styles that can be found in Dallas, from Tudor to Prairie, Estate to Rancher, Craftsman to Traditional, with other great styles as well, with many different sizes to the homes and the landscape as well. In many cases, there are very high priced homes that do reach into the $1 to $1.5 million range, with those that can creep up a bit more in price, and those that may be more modestly priced around $500,000 or less with smaller homes.
