This weekend, I had the pleasure of showing this very unique loft in Dallas. My clients are just starting their search and have a few more to look at before making their final decision, but think we were all impressed with this one from the moment we walked in the door. This “tough-to-find” loft of under $200,000 ($169,000 in fact!) has over 1362 sf of space. It’s ONLY unit that is 2-story in the entire building. Nasher Sculpture Center Update

Elliott Hundley: The Bacchae Exhibit, will be on display until April 28, 2012.In this exhibit, Hundley's sculptures and collages depict the story of Euripides' Greek tragedy.Each piece is a feast for the eyes. Hundley uses "found materials" and photos in his collages and sculptures. Take time to enjoy each work of art and note the unique materials and intricate design of each extraordinary piece.

February is Member Appreciation month at the Nasher Sculpture Center in Dallas. Throughout the month of February, the Center will be open to members for an extra hour, from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. What a wonderful opportunity to take a leisurely morning stroll through the Sculpture Garden. There is one week left to see the Jean Paul Gualtier exhibit, "From the Sidewalk to the Catwalk," at the Dallas Museum of Art. The exhibit closes Sunday, February 12, 2012. This will be a busy week with latecomers seeing the exhibit for the first time and others making one last trip to see one of the most outstanding exhibits to visit the DMA. Head to the Dallas Museum of Art!

There are two upcoming Dallas Museum of Art events that should be on your calendar. Friday, January 20, is Late Night at the Museum. This Friday, the museum is celebrating its birthday in grand Gaultier style. Visitors are encouraged to dress as Divas and enjoy music, dancing and a fashion lecture. Put on your favorite Gaultier inspired costume and head to the Dallas Museum of Art for an evening of fun and entertainment!

On February 7, Jean Paul Gualtier will be celebrated with a multimedia event, as part of the "Arts and Letters" program. Music will include pieces from Madonna, Gershwin, Gaga and Mendelssohn. Gaultier's creativity will come alive through the music of six gifted musicians whose music will be synchronized with visual images. Attendees will have an opportunity to visit Gaultier's spectacular exhibit, "The Fashion World of Jean Paul Gualtier: From the Sidewalk to the Catwalk."
